SENSE 2 wont show MSG preview when on low power mode

I had VERSA 2 and updated to SENSE 2 but when i receive a txt msg i just get vibration on the watch and cant see actual msg on the watch as i was able to do it on VERSA 2 watch  . In order to be able to see the actual msg i must press the side button . Why there is NO preview msg when low power mode as VERSA 2 had ..

any help ??? Or better return that watch and get VERSA 4

Hi @HNL - this is the way the Sense 2 works. On the Versa 2 it works well but for some reason it was changed on the Sense 2 and Versa 4. Have a look at posts in the forum from people reporting the same issue.

If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.

Thank you @Guy_  as i ve been thinking i am doing something wrong but obviously will have to return the watch . In that way VERSA 2 was much better have no idea FITBIT CHANGED it since .. many things lately i ve noticed ,NOT only FITBIT but other apps of mine on the phone after updating them i actually DOWNGRADING them as the person who built so called UPDATED APP didnt know much about it and made it more uncomfortable or less usable … 

really thank you so i ca stop trying to fix it and simply return the watch ..

will look for some other brands ..

@Guy_  It used to be very good SAFETY feature on VERSA 2 , especially when i was driving and get a text msg to see my watch and NOT like now i must either press the button on the watch or get the phone …

do u think it will be fixed with an SOFTWARE UPDATE ???
