Screen getting off before reading alerts

I'm using fit bit sense 2 for last 6 months. I could see lot of issue with the alerts.

Not getting Hight heart rate alert. After starting the call alert display get automatically off, I need to press button to see who is calling me. Display should be on upto call pickup or cancel.

Same should be happened in the other alert like goal alerts. Display should be on upto end of the alert, now it is showing in the background.

Hourly steps alert also having sam issue. I need to press the button while watch vibration. Otherwise it is not showing.

Even though I'm getting questions how do you feel, it is also showing less than 1 sec.

Low battery alert also showing less than 1 sec. 

My requirements is while watch is alerting something display should on upto the end of alert.

DNT also sometimes won't work. You are saying that the watch glass are gorilla glass, but I got some scratches on it even without falling.

Hi @Jarin - if you would like the screen on longer, pull down the watch face, click on Settings, in the Display [first section] set the timeout to more than the default 6 seconds. It may help, even though there are numerous issues with the watch display in some areas.

It's not an issue screen time. It's an issue related with alert.
