Hi all,
My watch screen has come out and hanging out. I can see that the screen was attached with a black material/gum but I didn't expect it to be so delicate that it will come out so early. It's just one year since I bought this watch and I can't wear the watch now.
It's really difficult to be without my fitbit as I am not able to monitor any of my physical activity, sleep and not even see the time :(.
Has anyone faced this problem? What resolution did fitbit give?
I did chat with customer care and they promised to get back but they haven't contacted me...so poor service on their side.

You need to persevere with customer support as this is not easily repairable and normally requires that the watch be replaced. Hopefully you are still (just) within the warranty period so Fitbit should provide one for free. If not then they usually offer a discount towards purchase of a replacement. Either way, you need to go through customer support.

I really hope @vandana.rana02 refers to the original Sense (or other Versa) and not the new Sense 2
