Screen sensitivity

I’ve recently moved from a Versa to a Sense and it’s the worse decision I ever made!! Does anyone else have an issue with the sensitivity of the screen? I set it to walk and my coat touching it will turn it off? If I wear in the shower the water will just start randomly setting the watch off on all sorta of screens? I can’t see a setting to decrease the touch sensitivity of the watch?

Yes and yesterday, I spent over a minute trying to stop exercise because I couldn't scroll down to the Done button and when I finally did I couldn't tap it because of sweat 🙂 I wrote about the issue here . It's mostly for the "educational purposes" as I don't believe Fitbit will address the problem.

Thanks! Didn’t have this issue with my three year old fitbit!! Gutted after paying all that money for a now useless watch as I always exercise outside!! Arghh! Thanks for your response!
