Sence 2 heart rate inaccurate

Can anyone help please moved from a apple way to the sence 2 three weeks ago my resting H/R is 48 on Apple Watch checked by doctor and on my garmin running watch but says 78 on the Fitbit never drops below 65 have also used a chest strap with my garmin and is 48 the Fitbit is sooooooooooo inaccurate to the point we’re I feel this is the worst fitness tracker out there have followed all the online advice and still no joy had me at 

125 while sleeping 

Any help would be great as thinking of just returning and going back to Apple

Hi @SunsetRunner - at a guess the watch is faulty, probably best to get a refund - Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.

 

Normally the watch should produce a reasonable HR at rest.
