Sence 2 watch won’t sinc with my phone!

Is anyone else having this problem? My phone and watch will not sinc with each other! Never had this problem!

My 5th Fitbit watch and I have never had this watch synch properly. 
I use my watch to alert me of messages and incoming calls. I have had many knowledgeable individuals try to fix it. 
I also don’t get the time when I raise my wrist. 
I so frustrated I’m thinking I’ll have to go to an alertnative brand.

i have also the same problem and now it's not charging as well. i checked my charger and its working but my Sense 2 doesnt getting charged

Have you tried restarting your phone and watch?

To do so with you watch, press and hold the button for 10 secs until you see the Fitbit logo. For the phone, just restart it, then try syncing after making sure you are connected to the internet and your bluetooth is on.

Also, it would be helpful if you all posted your OS, the make, and model of each of your phones.  Last time I checked, the Fitbit app needs to be running on Android 8.0 (not sure about Apple phones as I'm an Android gal) in order to function.
