Sense 2 Active number on display always stays at 0 HELP!

Whatever activity I do the Active number on my screen stays on 0 (zero) help

In order to better understand the issue you are experiencing, explain if you see the units of the stat that stays at 0. I appreciate your time in this process.

In addition, try tapping the display while on the activity you are tracking or swipe it to change the stats that are showing.

Finally, restart your device if you haven't done so: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

Don't understand what you mean with: "explain if you see the units of the stat that stays at 0"

I see Steps, calories and heartbeat in correct numbers however the "Active" number stays on 0 even after 60mile bikeride.

I have restarted several times, no resolve.
