I have purchased a brand new Sense 2 and Alexa will only text reply and is muted. Support told me that Alexa won’t talk yet and software upgrade is only 60% finished but it is advertised with Alexa working. I also cannot find how to turn up volume for phone calls. I can get a refund as purchased from Argos and it isn’t faulty just not as advertised. Support ended the conversation when I complained and asked me to fill in sustainer survey satisfaction report . It is 0!
Are other Sense 2 Alexa voices working ?

My Alexa works fine sense 2, set up on iPhone
