My Sense 2 started out OK with a reasonable battery life fir maybe 4 or 5 days. After 6mths I now need to charge it every 2 days. No change in use and I have turned off anything which might drain the battery faster. This is a really poor product from Fitbit and very disappointed. I now have to see if I can find purchase details (it was a Christmas present) to seek a replacement. Might be time to switch to Garmin or another brand.

Hi @JEZH - have you tried restarting it How do I restart my Fitbit device? or changing the clock face?
Also try turning the phone Bluetooth off, in between syncs - if this helps try logging out of the Fitbit App and restarting the phone.
