I have owned my Sense 2 since October 2023 and it has been a great watch right up until the latest firmware update, which happened about 2 weeks ago. Now I'm lucky if my battery lasts 6 hours.
I have tried all the factory reset, unpairing and re-pairing to the app and all other advice i have found on this forum but nothing has worked.
To be clear, my wife has the exact same model bought at the exact same time, she hasn't performed the update and her watch is still working fine.
Can anyone confirm whether fitbit will release another update to fix this issue? Or has my £190 disappeared completely down the drain?

Hi @AlexTheTyke.
May I suggest that you contact customer support (here). It appears that you are in the UK, and as far as I know the Sense 2 has a two year warranty in the UK. So in this case you can hopefully resolve your issue.
