Hello @Thirugnanam and welcome to the Community. Fitbit doesn't offer battery replacement. You don't say where you are located. I know of one US electronics shop -- Joe's Gaming & Electronics. I don't know if they take international repairs. If you are outside the US, try a general internet search. That is how I found Joe's.

Apologies for missing my location.
I am from India.
Hope shipping this watch for battery replacement would be a costlier option. Sharing any idea about exchange offers on the smartwatch would also be helpful for me..

@Thirugnanam Good luck. Is this a recent problem or has it been degrading over time. I also have a Sense 2 (US) which was working great (4-5 days battery life) until March 27 when it went to <1 day. That's without using the GPS, only opening the app to sync and every battery saving 'trick' they recommend. It's weird that it seems to have happened at the same time they released the new app (iOS) update that has had a ton of problems. My watch is still under warranty but they want me to send it back to them before they replace it which is completely unacceptable.

Thank you for sharing your experience. This has actually been a recent issue for me as well. I’ve been facing battery problems since January of this year. When I reached out to customer support, they informed me that my watch is out of the warranty period, so they couldn't offer any assistance. Instead, they suggested purchasing a new smartwatch. I’m really sorry to hear that you’re dealing with a similar issue. It’s frustrating when these problems arise, especially when you’ve taken all the recommended steps to extend the battery life. I hope you’re able to get it resolved soon
