Sense 2 Battery suddenly draining for less than 24 hrs

Something very weird is happening since last week battery life has decreased drastically. I usually charge my Sense 2 every 5 or 6 days and now it's drained to 0% for less than 24 hrs. I dont even get a notification for low battery. How is that possible? Is my watch done?

Hi @MiroY - it depends if this is a one off. It may also lose time. The watch can be quite quirky, display may freeze, restart all on its own and other odd features but it may be fine.

When the watch is charged restart it by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

If it is still draining quickly try another clock face.

Hi i decided to give it more than 24 hrs and test out a few different clock faces. For the past almost 48 hours i have charged the clock 3 time to full charge. The batter get fully drained for less than 10 hrs, which is absurd.Up to thsi moment the baterry hold a charge for 5 or 6 days. This drop is quite significant. I have noticed other small glitches in the app and watch since the latest update and switch to google. I dont want to jump to conclusions, but is this a way to make us switch to new device, newer device? Like some other brands do...

@MiroY- did you try a factory reset (not without risk)? If you live in the EEA or UK you may not get back all your clock faces

If it still discharges rapidly then there is a fault.
