When you mean the Bezel, do you mean the metal plates on the sensor of the device? If possible it would be helpful to have a visual if you could attach a picture to better help.
If you indeed mean the metal bezel of the device itself the best path forward would be to contact our customer support department, they have further tools to assist in specific cases related to the hardware of your device.
