My Sense 2 use to always recognize that I am riding a bike and through its "Bike Detect" feature, start the bike exercise. One day, it stopped working, and SmartTrack start logging the exercise (without the GPS). I eventually did a hard reboot to no avail. The only fix was to do a factory reset where the firmware and all the apps are re-installed. Is there a reason for the Bike Detect to stop detecting? SmartTrack knows I am riding a bike, so obviously the sensors required for recognizing and recording an exercise were working.
