I have been through 3 support chats and no help. The app says I have to set a pin to use Google Wallet. The bottom button says CONTINUE. Next page there are 4 dashes to enter a pin. I enter the first number and that's as far as I can go. I've tried every number. I've removed and readded the Sense 2 on the Fitbit app. I've reset Sense 2 to factory settings. I've done those at least 4 times over 2 days. One support person said wait 24 hours and try again. I did but no change. I had Fitbit Pay on my Charge 4. I use Google Pay on my Android. I added Google Wallet to my phone wondering if that would make a difference. At this point Google Wallet is just a useless colorful tile. Trying to access with my watch just tells me to set it up on the app and goes into syncing mode but it can't sync because I can't complete the setup by adding a pin.

Hope this helps! Seems like a long time issue but when i called the call centre, they dont seem to be able to help or even aware of this.

I tried chatting with Fitbit Support and that solved nothing. Seems that Tech Support would send out tips & tricks for common issues like this would be a given. When I worked for Gateway Support, we constantly received memos for things like this.
Adding the Grammerly keyboard worked for me as well.
Thanks!

I'm surprised this hasn't been sorted out by Fitbit yet.
I worked-around the issue by connecting a bluetooth keyboard to my phone.
