Hello. I disabled the auto detect walk/run BOTH on the phone and in the watch app itself.
However, after some recent update auto detect re-enabled and I cannot turn auto detect off directly on the watch app anymore because the instant I try to swipe up on the watch screen to access the menu it shows the menu for a half second then immediately buzzes and start tracking.
Buggiest watch ever.
Any suggestions please on how to re-disable again?
Thank you in advance.

Hello @KatAV and welcome to the Community. It sounds like you are tapping on one of the three icons from the Exercise Tile on the Sense 2 screen:
Exercise Tile
These are Quick Start shortcuts. They are tap and go. Please tap on the All option to open your Exercise app. Then choose the shortcut and you can swipe up to change the settings.

Wow, thank you! That worked.
This is not at all intuitive and the 'best answer' selected by others for the same issue did NOT describe this step you just shared.
Have a great day.
