Sense 2 Causing Automobile Bluetooth Issues??

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got my Sense 2 for Mother’s Day and set it up this past Monday afternoon. I have noticed throughout this week when I take calls while driving my phone pops on and off my car’s Bluetooth connection during the call. As of this morning, my phone will no longer connect to my car Bluetooth at all. We were trying to stream music in the car while traveling several hours away from home. I was a Versa user prior to this Fitbit upgrade and never had any issues with Bluetooth connectivity with other devices so I’m wondering if a new feature/setting on the Sense 2 is what is causing it?

@Wilsonbritt , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

It seems that your phone is somehow "confused" with the Bluetooth connections.  Depending on your phone's model you might need to prioritize the Bluetooth connections. In that case, please refer to the help site of the phone's brand.

There you'll find the instructions on how to do this.
