How does the time change date is correct but time is off 4hours

Since this new update the time has been off for me as well by one hour. I've restarted it and tried to sync to my phone and it will not work. Idk what's going on with this either. I'd really like to know how to fix it!! I may have to disconnect the device and reconnect it and see if that will change the time.
