my husband watch is now displaying all different languages on his clock face…. how does this get fixed? ive tried to do the factory reset but it keeps showing all the different languages. help please
my husband just moved his fitbit to google and now it doesnt work….

Let me help you with the mixed languages you are seeing in your husband's Sense 2. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.
Does the clock face look different now? Can you please share a photo of what you are seeing now.
In my opinion changing the clock face should resolve the issue. See How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? > How do I change my clock face? for instructions.

its all kinds of different languages that’s flashing across the screen.. cant even change anything nor get to settings

Hi @momof4boys203, thank you for the photos.
The message in different languages that you see, is the setup message. It says "Download the Fitbit app in your mobile for setup".
When you perform the factory reset, this is the message you'll see.
After the factory reset is completed, you need to actually setup your device to your mobile which it seems you are attempting to do. Thank you for this process.
Make sur you are choosing the correct device in the list as Sense and Sense 2 look pretty similar.
