Mine is the same, and it will not connect on my iPhone. It occasionally turns on and I see the fitbit logo when it starts up and then will not go past the instructions page.

Hi everyone, I hope you are doing well.
I'm sorry to see you are finding trouble with your Sense 2 that is showing a red X. I appreciate the efforts you all have already done.
First of all, don’t unpair your device or uninstall the Fitbit app because you might not be able to pair the device again.
Instead:
- Attempt to sync the device in the Fitbit app. From the Today tab, tap the devices icon and then their device and then Sync Now.
- If Sync Now doesn’t show an update banner, tap the devices icon > the image of the Sense 2 > Gallery. The app should show a pop up to install the missing apps and recover the device.
- Restart their device. Refer to How do I restart my Fitbit device? Help Center article for instructions.

Here are some things to try...
Fitbit Sense 2 Not Turning On
If your Fitbit Sense 2 is not turning on, there are several troubleshooting steps you can try:
Press and Hold the Button: Press and hold the side button for about 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
Check Charging Contacts: Clean the charging contacts on the back of the device and on the charging pad with a toothbrush dipped in rubbing alcohol. Ensure they are dry before charging.
Charge Fully: Ensure the device is fully charged. Sometimes, a full charge is needed for the device to turn on properly.
Force Restart: Disconnect the charger and press the side button for 10 seconds. Then reconnect the charger and press the button again for 10 seconds.
Factory Reset: If none of the above steps work, you may need to perform a factory reset. This will erase all data on your Fitbit Sense 2, including your settings and saved workouts. To factory reset, open the Fitbit app on your smartphone, tap on your device, and look for the option to reset it. Follow the on-screen instructions.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be necessary to contact FitBit support.
Good luck all.

The watch only works when connected to the charger. When you remove it, the
Hold the Button option does not work. Nothing happens. The watch is charged
100%. I have already performed the factory reset with the watch on the
charger. It still doesn't work.
Thanks!
