I bought the Sense 2 specifically for the ECG App. It will only work with heart rate within a limited range - less than 120 and I believe more than 40. I have not seen any mention of these limitations on any publicity or user material. Is there any medical reason for this, please?

Hi @Al_Campion The ECG heart rate range is 50-120 bpm. You get an Inconclusive high or low heart rate as the result if you are outside the range. Fitbit describes these limits in its Help article. The reason isn't medical. It's regulatory. Fitbit had to submit accuracy data to the FDA for clearance. Accuracy includes false positive and false negative data. This is the range Fitbit requested in its submission.
