Just bought my Sense 2. I wanted try to out the ECG function but it says "Can't find phone" even though my phone is connected and I can see the live stats on my phone like heart beat. I tried to factory reset the watch and re install the app on my phone but it still doesn't work. Anyone know how to fix this?

Good to see you as a new member of the community @Swarley.

Thanks for providing the details regarding your Sense 2.

I'd suggest you follow the steps listed here:

  • Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Restart your watch. Turn your Bluetooth on.
  • Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  • Tap your profile picture > Sense > Apps > ECG and make sure the permissions are enabled.
  • On your Sense, open the ECG App and try taking a reading one more time.

I have the same problem. I tried the above which didn't work, so I reset the watch to factory settings. Now when I try to add the device to the app, the app says it has found the Sense 2, but it doesn't send the 4 digit code to the app.  Or maybe it does, but the watch doesn't display it - it seems to be stuck on some help page that starts "To get started, download Fitbit app to phone".  I tried removing the app and re-installing it too.
