Sense 2 Fitbit Clockface chsnges from 12 hr to 24 hr

I use the Fitbit Clockface "Layers" which is what I have always liked. With my new Sense 2 it changes to 24 hour time (Military) in the afternoons.  If I change to a different clockface it stays on 12 hour. Anyone have any ideas?  Watched a YouTube video and followed the instructions by logging into my Fitbit.com account.  Still converts to Military time in the afternoon.  All automatic time zones are off on cell & Fitbit.  What a pain.

Hi again @DoreenAP  - there may be an issue with this clock face, if you pull down the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off the Always On option and turn on wrist wake, does that fix it?

Unfortunately not.   Had no issues with Versa 1.  Strange how it changes from 12 hrs to 24 hrs after a certain time.  Waiting on Fitbit to tell me to try a million things and then telling me to use a different clock face. I will return it and find something else.  Thanks for your suggestion.

@DoreenAP  - the Versa 1 and Versa 2 are great watches and unless there is something you specifically want ,are good choices.

As regards the clock face issue, the Always On faces often don't show the am/pm indicator so may be in 24 hr mode all day!

If you have the latest Fitbit App, you can click profile photo, App settings to check time format.

The built-in default Always On clock face (and other places) on the Sense 2 is always 24hr format regardless of settings.

All suggestions from Fitbit Community and Fitbit "Customer Service" did not resolve my issue.  And the clockface is  Fitbit Clockface go figure.  Ya think it would be an easy fix#@$?
