Sense 2 - Glucose monitor, heart rate monitor and active minutes

Purchased sense 2 about a month ago, the glucose monitor doesn't work, the heart monitor is terrible, no matter how hard I am working out it shows that I am still in the lite mode, which means I don't get credit for active time.

I called fitbit within one week of receiving the product, none of these are my fault, and they will not issue me a credit or a replacement.  Instead, they are sending out updates. The issue with the updates is that each update  create a new problem.

I am very disappointed, the product have no warranty, it is sad that they do not warranty their products.
