@CommuniUsername - it's a dual view clock face and you can choose which view on the display. Did you try to tap the watch analog background to get to digital?

Hi @CommuniUsername - you are correct, you can't uninstall the active clock face, you have to select another one first, and then you need to scroll down to find Remove clock face.
As regards SimpleSecretary that is a fully operational clock face, any difficulties you may be having are related to syncing or the Fitbit App itself.
You should be able to resolve any problem without reinstalling it, but if you do, remember to grant all permissions so it works properly.
