The sense won’t charge anymore. I’ve tried changing the charging cables but doesn’t charge up. Is it possible to change the battery?

@Zeke29 have you tried a different charging block, as well as a different charging cable? Also, it may help to clean the back of your Sense 2 with a baby wipe or non-abrasive cloth moistened with rubbing alcohol.
Unfortunately, the information provided by @freddie11111234 is incorrect. It is not possible to change the battery in the Sense 2. Since you bought it on Amazon, there is no Reception to take it to anyway. However, you may want to check with Amazon about whether they can offer you any warranty options.

yes go to the reception of where you bought the product and ask them to replace the sense or the battery (it is £10)
