I think my sense 2 is broke and I would like other people's opinions...
My Fitbit won't actually stay on... It circles through the loading screen (flashing white and blue) and then a red X appears and then it just dies. This happens over and over....
I did disconnect and reconnect Fitbit to the app and it worked for a few hours and then it started doing it again.

Hi Liz,
Thanks for your input.
I have tried all the solutions, the button sometimes vibrates sometimes does nothing.
No workaround stops the watch going into a loop and red x even during doing an update it starts updating then starts the black and blue flashing g and red X again, returns to update and same again...
I have deleted the watch and re-added, re-paired and tried update again to have same issues happen.
The watch is guntered since last update...it is not fixable from my end at all.
Could I be entitled to a replacement ?
Regards
Andrew

Just to add...and I see others have also mentioned this...my battery was 100% yesterday when I was trying again to get the watch working, it's 5% today with no use at all.
It lasted 5 days until that update so yet another issue that Google introduced with update

I'm experiencing the exact same issue over the last couple days. I wake up in the morning and my Sense 2 won't turn on. I hold the button and it flashes blue a few times before getting the red X. I drop it on the charger and hold the button, it reboots, and the display now shows a good charge, but zero activity. After a few minutes it syncs with my phone and suddenly I have sleep data on my Sense 2. I go about my day and randomly during the day the same issue occurs. This started as dwindling battery capacity so I thought maybe it was just time, but then the software issues started happening and now it seems apparent there's a firmware or software issue with a recent update. What next steps can I take?

How did you factory reset? I have tried all the ways but just get the loop with the red x
my Fitbit isn’t findable son other Bluetooth devices and I am afraid to disconnect from my phone in fear I will really lose a way to save it.
