Sense 2 - Language Issues

My Sense 2 is in Chinese language even though I have it set for English. I live in Taiwan.

@Woodsie61 , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message. 

Please go to Fitbit.com and log in. 

Click on the gear icon (upper right corner) and choose the settings.

Scroll down until you see  Language by region/country and select any  region that speaks English.

On the time zone  tab, select  Taiwan, to have the time set. 
Save your changes.

Force close the Fitbit app on your mobile device. 

Start it again and sync your Sense 2.

Then Sense 2 should be in English now
