I recently purchased the Sense 2 (over a Versa) because I was most interested in the EDA scans and mindfulness session features.
I’ve been doing the scans daily and clicking “log session” after each one, but they don’t show up— they’re missing both on the device and in the app. In the app it shows only a single log from a week ago and all the others are completely absent. I’ve checked to be sure my app is up to date. I’ve looked through support pages and tried unpairing my device, turning it off, turning off Bluetooth, and then re-pairing the device. This hasn’t worked. I’ve tried the manual force syncs every day. I tried to see if the software on the device was up to date: Version 20001.184.52. I’m not sure if this is current, but when I looked on forums to find out how to update, they all said a pink button would appear if there was a new update ready to install, and that’s not the case in my app.
It seems like the main feature the Sense is supposed to provide is completely broken. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. Can anyone help?

Zero response from Fitbit. It was so frustrating and glitchy that I returned it. After years of using Fitbit trackers I switched to Apple Watch and will never go back.
Best AnswerHave you tried doing a factory reset of the Sense 2?
