Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but I all of a sudden am having issues with mood logging syncing between my sense 2 and the fitbit app. This used to work flawless, my watch would prompt me that is detected a body response and ask me how I am feeling, I would select the appropriate mood and it would tell it me my selection was saved to the app. I would log into the app and be able to see how I was feeling during each of those body responses.
Now what is happening is the watch is detecting a body response and is still asking how I am feeling which I am able to select the mood on the watch and it says my selection is synced to the app but when I look in the app at the end of the day all I see is the time of the response and it is asking me to complete the mood log again in the app like it didn't sync from my watch. Sometimes when I manually enter these moods in the app it will actually delete some of the earlier responses.
This has been extremely frustrating and I have tried multiple restarts of my phone and watch, turned bluetooth on and off on my phone, uninstalled and reinstall the app several times now and I keep getting the same result. Everything else seems to syncing properly (when I do a EDA Scan that mood log syncs fine).
I am a firm believer this is software related and Fitbit needs to fix this but when I contacted fitbit support all I got told was restart my phone and watch and then uninstall and reinstall the app.
