Sense 2 - Not getting notifications only calls after changing phone

In my Fitbit app I had the mirror phone option turned on this didn't work so I turned that off and ticked some individual apps, still no luck? 

Notifications are allowed for Fitbit on my phone, there is no restricted battery background running for Fitbit app. 

My sense 2 firmware is updated, the and synced it's infuriating anyone got a fixed? 

 

The test call feature works and calls are showing on my watch but no other notifications!

Let me help you to set up your notifications on your new mobile. I appreciate all the troubleshooting you have already tried.

If you are still having trouble with notifications, you may try setting them up from the top. Even if the mobiles are too similar, some settings may not match the new hardware.

I suggest that you check out our help article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? > How do I set up notifications? and choose the operating system your mobile runs on.

If you still find trouble, please share the make and model of your new mobile and the operating system version is running. I appreciate your time in this process.
