Where can I set that I am notified via the headset (i.e. acoustically) when I enter or leave the cardio zone (up or down)? My goal is to consciously stay in it for a while.

@RolWg I'm sorry, but Fitbits (all models) can only give vibration feedback for heart rate zone notifications.

Many thanks for the answer. Well, that's an absolute minimum. I guess I need to enable this somewhere, but where?

@LZeeW , Thank you for your help.
@RolWg Nice to see you around. The instructions to setup the notifications can be found here: Can I turn zone notifications on or off on my Fitbit device?

The help.fitbit-page says:
» Turn on zone notifications for the exercise. On your device, open the Exercise app,
tap an exercise, tap the gear icon, Zone Notifications.«
On my device - Fitbit Sense2 - when I start the exercise, for example "Running" - I can only "pause" and "stop", there is no gear icon. It would be on the wrong place too, while running. So I don't miss it here. But where it is?.

@RolWg , Thank you for you reply.
There seems to be a misunderstanding here. I think you were looking into the instructions for another Fitbit model and not the Sense 2.
Keep in mind as explained by @LZeeW you'll only be notified via vibration.

@RolWg The linked Help article is a bit overwhelming because there are five different sets of directions for different devices. This is how you do it on the Sense 2 (on my wrist right now, I'm not reading from a Help article):
The Heart Zone settings are changed only on the Run setting with these steps. If you use other shortcuts and want this feedback, you must repeat this for every shortcut. You don't need to repeat this each time when you use the Run shortcut. Also, it sounds like you might have tapping on the Run icon on your tile screen that shows your last three exercises (in the three circles). These are Quick Start shortcuts, a tap and go. You can't change settings from a Quick Start icon.

Thank you for the detailed answer, dear LZeeW,
I now think I still need to install something on the watch (Sense2). My device doesn't have a menue point "Heart Zone Notifications' to toggle on. If I start 'Run' and then swipe up on the little arrow I just get the running clock, stop, pause and then display the data: Run, KM, Min/Sec, SPM, SPMmax, kCal etc. There is no switch to toggle. 😔

@RolWg It sounds like you are tapping on the Quick Start shortcut. If you are swiping left/right to the screen with three exercises in circle, then tapping on Run, this is the Quick Start shortcut. You can't change settings there. But if you are on that screen, tap on All at the bottom. Now you see your list of all 40 exercises. Choose Run. Now swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom and follow the rest of my directions.
