Hi, had my sense 2 just coming up 2 years been great but have now had the red cross of death!!! When the screen eventually came back I'm unable to access the settings as it's no longer highlighted for use so I can't do anything with it at all. Any help advise very much appreciated.

I'm sorry to know that your Sense 2 suddenly has shown a red cross. Allow me to help you regarding this matter.
I suggest that you first restart your device if you haven't done so. Then, try to set it up as a new device as you did it the first time you got it. I appreciate your time in this process.
If none of these suggestions have helped you, please describe in detail what you actually see on the display at this moment. A picture could be helpful.

Hello David thank you for your reply, I've tried the rest and this is the screen I am still seeing, once the Fitbit logo comes on after reset it flashes light and dark then the dreaded red cross appears.

Hi there@Shar2104 thank you for the picture. As you mentioned, the icons seem to be disabled. Are you able to swipe the screen to other pages ? Does your Versa lite is visible on the Bluetooth settings of your phone? In any case i'd recommend getting in touch with our support team via email for further handling.
