Sense 2 Screen Protector

I purchased a recommended screen protector for my Sense 2. It's the type that slides on. Each time I put it on, my watch goes haywire and ends up with the red X on the screen and turns itself off. I'm assuming it has something to do with the screen protector interfering with the sensors. Does anyone know if this is the case and if so, does anyone know of a screen protector that will work?

Thanks for that suggestion! I did try that but got the same result. I ordered a stick-on type protector so hopefully that works. I would hate to crack the screen on this new, $300 watch.

Hi @Kthood - depending on the model you have it may be possible to put the protector on the wrong way round such that the button is being permanently depressed.

Make sure that you start by putting it on from the button side so that it is not touching the button when being applied or after..
