Sense 2 Settings wont open, so cannot factory reset

My sense 2 will not sync with my phone. When I try to get in to the settings app on the watch, it crashes before opening. I've tried restarting the watch multiple times. How do I factory reset with out the settings app?

Hi @gearoidm , you can reset to factory settings by:

  • Press and hold left side button
  • Keep holding the Side button until you see the FITBIT logo flashing on the screen
  • Release side button - press and hold again
  • Keep holding until you see the FITBIT logo in a circle on screen -  then release the button.
  • Choose language
  • Follow on screen instructions
