I just bought a brand new Sense 2 after having not been on the Fitbit platform for a while. I mention this because I previously had a Versa and had similar issues that I'm having now (it seems like it has still not been fixed).
Any clock face that I use does not show the Sleep Score or Stress Management score until I restart the watch. Thus, all I see are "--" (dashes) for these values. On the clock face I'm using, that's 2/3 of the metrics presented. I've waited several hours and they still do not appear on their own.
I have reinstalled my phone app several times, logged out, deleted app cache & storage, etc. Nothing seems to permanently help.
As soon as I restart my watch, the numbers appear. I would expect that any time a sync is performed, any numbers on my Fitbit app would reflect the same on my watch and the app. That's what a sync is supposed to do -- get my device in sync with my Fitbit account & app & vice-versa. But the numbers do not update on the watch. Please help! This seems like a basic function that needs to work more reliably. I do not want to have to restart my Sense 2 daily.
Is it possible that since I've had a Fitbit account for a long time that something is corrupt with my account data? Otherwise I imagine this would have been reported by a large number of users.
Watch: Sense 2

It's been an issue for quite a while. Eventually, the watch face will catch up (sometimes sooner, other times later like even in the evening or end of the day). It is weird because it's not like the watch doesn't sync as partially it's all up-to-date like activities, zone minutes etc. It's only sleep and stress data missing from the watch despite being present in the Fitbit app. Something to get used to.

It’s good to know the issue is not unique to me, and lines up with my experience (was an issue for me 1-2 years ago as well), but I’m discouraged that it’s still not been addressed. I would think something like this would be high visibility & high priority for Fitbit to fix.

Today it takes exceptionally long to sync sleep and stress scores:
Just a reminder because I don't believe Fitbit will fix it.

I have the same issue. This is fundamental and has to be fixed. I mean these are functions that advertised and I pay for.

same issue. Fitbit Need to fix. I mean suppose active minutes do it sync, they’d not fix it? they need to fix main features!
