Sense 2 - Sleep results issues

My Sense 2 consistently cuts off the first 2-4 hours of sleep, and when I try to correct it, I get a "can't change this" because a sleep record already exists (and no, it doesn't show up). And now, even though my setting for sleep tracking is "normal," it has started having me awake for more than 2 hours awake (which is not the case.)

I've tried restarting everything,  and I always check on any updates. Would appreciate any help.

Hi @L-Fra, welcome back to our Community, is nice to have you here!

Thanks for all the troubleshooting steps you already tried I really appreciate it.

One of my first recommendations is to read the steps provided in the following article to try to improve your situation: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device.

Thank you. I did go through all of that, but can't see anything related to this problem. If you look back on my messages, you'll see that the "late start sleep with no correction" goes back a long time. It had actually corrected itself for a while, then started doing it every 8-10 sleeps, now it has done it more frequently (last night, it had me going to sleep at 11:00 PM, when it was actually 730, and would only let me correct to 920, then started with the "Can't save sleep session. A sleep has already been logged in this time period" message.) The other aspect, relating to excessive awake times, is also a problem that pops up every so often. Last night, for example, it had me awake for almost three hours, when half of that would have been much closer to the reality. Anyway, while I realize these are only numbers, and the reality of what really happened is the important thing, it's still a bit frustrating.

I also get split periods of sleep as if I went to sleep and was awake for a couple of hours which are unaccounted for.  Wonder if it has to do with our wi-fi, or a product malfunction.  I have a new and improved (ha ha) Sense 2.
