Hi there, @Cavalcanti51.

Thanks for the details provided and before anything else let me explain the Health Metrics are available in select countries where it's been approved its usage. Because Brazil isn't part of the supported countries list, this explains why you're not able to the SpO2 data as well as other health metrics on the Fitbit app. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and while we don't have more details, please know our team is working hard to bring this app to our members across the world.

I appreciate your feedback and keep an eye on this link which will be updated as soon as more countries are added to the list.

Hi Lizzy

Thank you very much for your opinion, but it was working well up to July/22 and just sunddely stop on my fitibit sense. On october I got the sense 2 and while in USA it was working well, but back to Brazil it stop.

The same with my workout exercise, it was working well on my fitibit sense. And now on my fitibit sense 2 I can not see my heart rate just shows -- where should be numbers.!

Hi there, @Cavalcanti51.

Thanks for getting back with more details. Because the United States is part of the supported countries where the SpO2 data can be tracked you were able to see this data before. However, the access to the Health Metrics data will disappear when traveling to a non-supported country. I understand how helpful it'd be to have this data available in Brazil and you can share this idea in the Feature Suggestions board so our developers can take it into consideration.

About your other question, it's odd you weren't able to see your heart rate while doing your workouts. To work on this matter, may I know if you're able to see your heart rate data the rest of the day? Do you see a green light on the back of your watch? If you haven't done so, restart your watch to refresh its performance and try wearing your watch a bit higher for an improved fit when exercising.

Thank you very much for your attention.

But, what I do not understand is that: I got my fitibit sense almost 2 years and it works very well in Brazil. But since july/22 it stop work  the SpO2.In October/22 I got the Sense 2 in USA and again the SpO2 works there. Why it works before here with the Sense? Still with the same samrtphone motor Z3.

I will restart the it as you suggested.

Hi there, @Cavalcanti51.

Thanks for getting back and sharing these details with me. While it's odd the SpO2 was working before in Brazil, please know it won't be able to work in non-supported countries. As mentioned before, I'd recommend checking this link to verify in which countries the Health Metrics data including SpO2 are available.

I appreciate your feedback and try the steps suggested above in order to get the heart rate working correctly on your Sense 2.

Thanks for your orientation. One last question, why some itens at the health metrics work here in Brazil and others not?

Hi @Cavalcanti51. It's good to see you again.

You're welcome, and thanks for reviewing the information from my post. That's odd as you should be able to see the Health Metrics data only if you're located in a supported country. It might need more time to update to your current location. However, I appreciate you for bringing this to my attention and as mentioned above you can always post in the Feature Suggestions board to get more features available in Brazil.
