Sense 2 switches off since last update

Since the last update my watch switches off randomly and shows logo and :cross_mark:. Any solutions

Hi and welcome to the community forums @Mdluli-1

Thank you for providing the information regarding the difficulty that you are experiencing with your Sense 2. 

May I know if your watch was updated correctly? If not, did you see an error message on the Fitbit app?

In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Forget  your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap Devices at the upper left corner.
  4. Tap Add More Devices > select your Sense 2 and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Once that is done, proceed with the firmware update if asked.
