I’m reaching out because I’m at my wit's end with my Sense 2. Despite a factory reset and having all permissions (Internet/Location) set to "Always," I’m experiencing the following:
Weather Sync: The watch tells me to open the app to sync, but the app shows all permissions are already on. Other data syncs, but weather remains blank.
Emotion Logging: Logs entered on the watch are not appearing in the Fitbit app.
Relax App: The button is greyed out on my iPhone, stating it "can't find my phone."
I’ve owned this device for about two years and have tried every standard troubleshooting step. Even when it occasionally works, the issues return within 24 hours.

Watch: Fitbit Sense 2
Phone: iPhone 15
OS: iOS 26.4.2
Has anyone found a permanent fix for these persistent connection drops?
