Sense 2 - Time and Weather not showing, not turning off when lifting the wrist

All of a sudden today the time and weather don't show and it won't turn on when I lift my wrist

Hi @LindaW082047 - if nothing is showing when you double tap the watch it probably needs charging.

If you get a display, pull down on the watch face and turn off all icons.which should fix it not coming on when raising your wrist, also syncing the watch with the Fitbit App should fix the weather not showing as this is needed for it to work.

@LindaW082047 Please make sure you have set the screen wake to "Button & motion" so the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist, press the button, or tap the screen. Find the option this way: from the clock face, swipe down to access the quick settings. Swipe down until you find "Screen Wake". 

I suggest you try to restart your Sense 2: press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
