My Sense 2 did not sinc with anything apart from steps. I tried deleting app and reinstalling, found the phone but still would not sinc even when connecting to Bluetooth. Tried everything suggested and eventually did a factory reset. Big mistake because it tells me to download app and I can connect my phone but no Bluetooth and will not move off the download app page. Very frustrating

Let me help you sync your Sense 2 to your Fitbit account. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.
Please note that the message to download the Fitbit app right after performing a factory reset is a expected behavior of the device. This being said, you should be able to setup your device back to your Fitbit account by following the instructions fron our help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? below the section Fitbit watches and trackers
