Sense 2 is designed to be worn on left wrist. If you meant the right wrist there are no any settings accommodating that.

If you wear it on the left hand the button will be facing your elbow. This is how it is intended to be worn so that should prevent accidental presses when bending wrist.

You can wear your Fitbit on either hand. Just make sure you specify whether you're wearing it on your dominant or non-dominant hand https://help.fitbit.com/manuals/sense_2/Content/manuals/html/Wear%20Device.htm
In fact, in one of the promo images of the Sense 2, the watch was worn on the right hand. It's not true the Sense 2 can't be worn on the right hand.
There's no option to flip the screen orientation of the Fitbit, if that's what OP was trying to allude to. There have been feature suggestions for it since the Charge 3, but Fitbit has yet to do anything about it.. just like how they still haven't come up with a dark mode on the Fitbit app. Must be an incredibly gigantuan task.

@TLinkins I wear it on the right wrist. The dominant/non-dominant setting matters only when it comes to steps counting (which doesn't matter to me). I'm am certain the OP asks about flipping the screen. What I don't understand is why to do it when wearing the watch on the left wrist 🤔

10 to 12 pecernt of the population is left handed.
lefties can switch the bands to get the button the proper side, but the button is against your writst and get constantly depressed.
reading the forums, threads go back almost 2 YEARS! for people asking for this. Why they have not done it yes is mystifying. Reading the descriprions 'left or right handed' implies non-handedness. sady, it is a right handed device lefties are forced to adapt to.
