Hi.
Can someone kindly help me navigate the above?
I can’t find where to locate the find phone icon on my new Fitbit Sense.
It’s bothering me as I am notorious for misplacing my phone. It was easy with my Versa. Swipe to the left (from memory, over and over), and it appeared. Now I’m ignorant, and no luck after multiple searches.
Thanks in advance.
A grateful Mel

Hi @MelfromAus, if you press the button once you get the app list. While swiping up you will find the 'find my phone' app. If you use the app so often it will automatically appear on top 😊
Hope this helps.

It is probably because you did not enable the App yet. Go into your Fitbit App, look at the Apps enabled on the watch and you will probably see that the Find My Phone App needs to be installed

Thank you! I was ignorant to this. 🙄 My old Versa had it automatically downloaded, so unaware that I could even download it. I figured out how. Thank you very much for educating me. I’m appreciative. 😊

Thank you! I went and downloaded the app (as Patrick suggested), unaware I needed to. The old Versa had this app automatically downloaded. I followed your tips and, yes, it’s there! How easy! Feeling foolish. Many thanks. 😊

Hi Mel,
The Fitbit App is soooooo convoluted and messy, i bet a lot of people will take time and be frustrated before they find out, if they find out.
Fitbit needs serious work on their phone app user interface, it feels like years of adding features without a plan how to make sure the UI stays intuitive and clean.
It's easy to add features, easy to pile them up, but it us hard to keep things simple unless you have a dedicated good team focused on this.
