I just purchased a Sense 2 watch and I have an iPhone SE.
I have read several posts on here with the same issue and nothing seems to work to correct the problem. I have removed the Sense 2 and re-paired it with my phone. Honestly, it should not be this difficult in the first place in my opinion...
I am completely frustrated and I feel like it would just be easier to return this and pay more for an Apple Watch at this point.

When you say that you can not accept calls. Is the tracker notifying you that there is a call? What happens when tapping the answer button?
I'm not sure what is meant by accept text? Are you able to read the text?

Rich, thank you for responding. I appreciate you trying to help but I am just going to move on because I feel like the device is a bit of a dud…
It doesn’t even try to send the texts to my wrist despite all of the notifications being on for both.
I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Fitbit customer support this morning and I am done with it. There seems to be quite a few people having the same issue with this particular device judging by the forums and what I found online.
I started the return process and I am sending it back and getting something else before the next issue becomes not being able to return it.
