I’ve tried every fix on these pages. My Sense2 syncs but refuses to show the correct time or date. I’ve logged in and out. I’ve changed the timezone. I’ve turned off automatic.
I have no idea what else to do. Customer support is unavailable.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 has wrong date and time. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation.
