Sense 2 and customer service feedback

My sense 2 has just failed after 26 months, yes 2 months out of warranty. This is my third Fitbit and all haven’t lasted as long as I would expect. 
really dissatisfied with the customer service as he stated the battery is the problem but it is the screen as the phone still vibrates when buttons pushed

Going to look at other options as tired of going through this process even with the 25% discount offered

Hi, I have reached out to your support team and the support is standard, this is disappointing as I have been a long time customer and advocate for Fitbit but if the watch doesn’t last more than two years it is not a viable option or sustainable 

really disappointed as my data will be lost if I choose an alternative which is probably the way I am looking at hoing

I am thinking the same.  I bought the fitbit because the battery last than the smartwatch.  But if I still get the same issues, I will just change to smartwatch.
