Hi
Went on holiday for 4 days and didnt take my sense 2. Came back and when trying to connect bluetooth, getting message an app is needed to use this device. Ive uninstalled it a few times, looked on here for previous answers and has still not helped. I notice there are problems with fit bit as per down detector, but im ready to throw the watch out the window, Anyone have any other fixes? Thank you in advance

@Lynnief It sounds like you are not getting synced due to the error Fitbit experienced. I don't know what time zone you are in. I received an email notification at 06:10 (UTC+2) that the problem was resolved. Hope it has worked out. Sense 2 stores data for 7 days, so any steps / workouts will be synced when you're online again.

Thanks for replying, Im GMT, not had an email but will try again doing the same steps later when i get home from work, as still showing same message

Hey sorry, me again. It is half up and running but wondering if you can help before i do a factory reset. When i was messing about with it i seem to have changed a setting and i cant find it to change. No steps are showing on my watch, and it wiped out the 11k i done yesterday. Not even showing in my dashbard but i think i changed the setting to take step count from phone, rather than the watch, but for the life of me i cannot find where to change it back. Heart rate is also showing two dashes but no number either . Thanks in advance.

If taking steps from phone is the problem, a factory reset will not help you. Go to "Today" screen in app - Tap the icon in top left corner - Tap Phone - Disconnect Phone from Fitbit - Restart your phone and your Sense 2. Let me know if it works out or not.

Thank you did that, still showing 0 steps on front screen of watch, but when i go into watch on the today icon it is showing 1066 steps. Any advice on how to fix that please?

Had a look online, saying it might be a clock face issue ill try and change that first

Hmmm, If you take a few steps now - Watch still shows 0 - but steps in app gets updated?

That was next on my list - Change it to the one preinstalled - It is called "Facet"

Thank you, I had to do it through the watch as couldn't see another way to, it seems to be showing info now, I'll keep my eye open for the Facet one. Do not like this new app at all, think its totally thrown me. Thanks for all your help 😁
