Beware! The sense 2 bands do not stay on. I jumped into the ocean to swim and after swimming some laps realized my watch was gone! This watch meant for activities needs a better band. Fitbit refused to back their product. I had the watch for 2 months. So disappointing!

Hi @Mallouise if you paid by credit card, check with them to see if there was insurance on your product. Many on the forums have lost or defective Fitbits reimbursed by their credit card banking institution, so see what they can offer you.

Sad to hear what has happened to your Senses 2.
As swimming in open waters often puts a lot of stress to wearables, I always recommend Spigen's Rugged Armor Pro for Fitbit Sense(2) and Versa 3 or Versa 4 to users if they are going to use their device under such harsh conditions.
