Hi @Hagerium @ticksize @Erruve.

Welcome to the community forums. Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding Sense 2.

Please, make sure to follow the steps listed in this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

I've tried all the steps recommended. My 2 year old device went from 100% charge two nights ago, 50% battery last night to 7% this morning. Clearly the battery is reaching end of life. Can I send this to an approved vendor to replace the battery?

My issue was resolved with the firmware update.

I tried the firmware update with limited success. I fully charged, installed the update, synced then turned off the device to reboot. It spent the rest of the evening trying to turn on & failing. I gave up. I put it back on the charger the next morning and it restarted. It lasted the next 2 days without issue.

Today my Fitbit randomly turned off. No low battery notification or anything. When I got home & put it on the charger, it said it was at 54%. There's still something not right with this.

Still having issues. The watch and the app don't match for battery % even after syncing multiple times. App always has a lower number. I left it charging all day Sunday and put it back on Sun night before bed. The watch said it was at 60% the following morning. It hovered at 50% all day Monday. Now Tuesday before noon it keeps shutting off even though the app says 16% battery. Need another fix.

These are just poor quality devices.  18 months old and now useless.

Yes I agree. I bought this Jan 2023 and it was great until a week or so ago.
